Back in the eighties when Nintendo was the messiah of the children, and kids would rather worship Mario than God; I was given a game called Dragon Warrior. A game that would change the way I viewed my entertainment for the rest of my life. I played the game for more hours then I slept. Dragon Warrior always presented a challenge, and a great way to waste my childhood in front of a glowing box. I had a fully decked out character (lvl 30, with everything.) and killed that horrid oppressor called the Dragonlord. It was a time I look back on with great fondness. Well it has been many years since the eighties, and Dragon Warrior has evolved into a whole series of games, now with six sequels, and several variations under its belt. Still though, the birth of these sequels came from this game. The one, the original, Dragon Warrior.
