Amazing Penguin is an action puzzle game developed and published by Natsume for the Game Boy on 1990-08-08.
I learned about this game from Jeremy Parish's Game Boy Works review videos. The game looked interesting enough to want to play. I played it, and beat it on 2019-11-20.

The Japanese box just has a penguin artist in front of a castle. Boring.
The North American box art is an army of seals and Pendrich the Penguin smiling foolishly. It's competently painted, but it implies the game has a military theme, which it doesn't, and seals aren't even featured in the game!
