AnyBurn
AnyBurn is a free Windows program developed by Power Software for reading and writing optical discs like CDs, DVDs, and Blurays. It supports the following features:
- Supports around 30 image formats:

- Rip audio CDs to various audio formats (APE, FLAC, M4A, MP3, OGG, WAV, WMA).
- Burn audio CDs from any of the above formats.
- Rip any CD, DVD, or Bluray to an ISO or binary image.
- Convert disc image files to ISO or binary.
- Burn any supported image format to a CD, DVD, or Bluray.
- Browse and extract files from any supported image format.
- Copy a CD, DVD, or Bluray.

I found this program while looking for a free program that could convert exotic CD images to ISOs and found it to be quite useful.
