Personal

I enjoy all sorts of board games, but I tend to appreciate those that nicely marry skill, artistry, and randomness. For example, I don't care much for games that are highly random like Candy Land or Chutes and Ladders, but I also don't care much for games that are almost entirely skill based like chess or go. I also enjoy board games that have a lot of 3D pieces and attractive art work.
