DVD Decrypter is a freeware DVD ripper for Windows. It can decrypt a DVD's VOB files so you can do whatever you want with them. In the past, I used it to rip my DVDs to be watched from my computer, however, the program hasn't been updated since 2005 and appears to have been abandoned by its developer. I find AnyBurn and MakeMKV to be superior replacements.
