Run Flash Outside of a Browser
There is a Flash debugger program for Windows called the Flash Player Projector Content Debugger. Adobe created this program to test Flash programs without having to embed them into a browser. If you have the Flash document, you can simply drag and drop it into the program, but you can also specify a URL if you want to run a Flash program from an online site.
Install an Old Browser
If you have a lot of free time, you can find and install an old version of a Web browser and the latest plugin version of Flash. It's best to install a browser that you aren't currently using in order to prevent a version conflict.
