Title card.

The 8-Bit Guy is an Internet show by David Murray about retro electronics. It primarily focuses on home computers of the 8 and 16-bit eras, but also talks about video games, various home electronics, and has a sister-site for musical toy keyboards. Episodes range from how to restore old computers — describing how they worked and instructions for how to modify them — to reviews of modern hardware that adds new life to old electronics.

Videos for The 8-Bit Guy started showing up in my YouTube feed in 2018, and, the more I watched, the more I loved the show. David Murray makes very interesting videos about all the tech I had, a lot I wished I had, and stuff I never knew existed, but now I want.
