Work House

Work House is a design company that put together video game hint books. Their offices included "Work House Co., Ltd." in Tokyo, Japan and "Work House U.S.A., Inc." in the USA. There is little information about them online, from what I can gather from their credits in hint books, they began around 1987 and were still appearing in credits as late as 2000, but most of their work ceased in the mid-1990s. Work House's primary client was Nintendo and they designed the majority of their hint books from 1987 to the early 1990s, including Nintendo Power, but in the early 1990s, V Design became Nintendo's primary hint book designer. Work House continued to provide assistance to some Nintendo hint books as late as 2000. Work House also designed hint books for Enix and FCI.
