Super Jeopardy! is a trivia video game developed by Imagineering and published by GameTek on the Nintendo Entertainment System in September 1991. It is a Jeopardy! game based on the 1990 television miniseries, Super Jeopardy! which pitted four former champions against each other. A completely unique game with the same title was made for MS-DOS which is superior in every way.

Although I found pretty much all of the game show adaptions on the NES to be pretty awful, I still wanted to beat them. Having already beat all the other Jeopardy! games, I still needed to finish this one.

Best Version: NES
— This section contains spoilers! —
Good
- It's one of the few NES games at the time which uses a fair amount of voice samples.
- It's one of the few NES games to support four controllers.
- Each of the avatars is animated in a few different ways. Buzzing in, showing joy when you get a question correct, and frustration when you get it wrong.
Bad
- Probably because they didn't want to pay to use his likeness, the game doesn't use Alex Trebek as the host.
- The game's pacing is quite slow with long delays between each answer.
- The games doesn't have a difficulty setting, so, if you find it to be too simple or too hard, you're out of luck.
- Each of the AI characters always look the same and have the same name despite the game having several different characters to choose from.
- For some reason, the game uses points instead of dollars, and increases the values significantly in the game.
- Some of the answers and questions were a little off. For example, one answer was about what glass is made of, and I correctly entered "silicon," but the game was expecting "sand."
- The AI sometimes buzzes in immediately even when the answer has a lot of text to read.
- Though I prefer the multi-lined text input over the single line used in the Rare games, the developers should have had one button dedicated to backspace.
Ugly
- Every avatar option is white, and all of them are poorly drawn. At least they had some women.
- Although the game uses the Jeopardy theme song, the timbre is off, and there are a couple inaccurate pauses in the music.
- Most of the sound effects are pretty bad and don't match the show. Most annoyingly, the there is a constant beeping sound as you enter your questions.
- The voice quality is terrible, it's clearly not Trebek's voice, and, it doesn't even sound like a voice actor, just some random guy saying the lines.

Box Art
The box has a promotional photo from the Super Jeopardy! miniseries with four player booths, and uses the official logo, but, is otherwise pretty boring.
